These window stickers from Vistaprint are very forgiving, I lost count of the number of times I took them off and moved them.

Speakers

Creative Labs speakers, taken apart, covers mounted of front of panel, speakers and circuit board mounted on rear.

Artwork

I downloaded some artwork from the 'net, photoshoped it and resized to specific measurements, sent to Vistaprint for printing. White  backround will be transparent, so can't use white as a colour anywhere.

I Hate this part..

 Maybe there's an easy way of cutting and routing the centre from a piece of wood, but I'd love to find out. Screen is mounted on the bezel and that's the last of the woodwork.
